Cheers with an Aperol Spritz
After meeting your professional chef and exuberant host at a centrally located cooking school, your culinary adventure can begin! Enjoy a festive start to the class by learning how to make a classic Aperol Spritz— Italy’s trendiest cocktail! After your expert mixologist demonstrates the perfect technique to making a refreshing spritz, cheers with your intimate group of fellow foodies as you enjoy your first delightful drink of the evening!
Learn to Make Homemade Pasta
Now that you’re feeling a bit more relaxed after your spritz, it’s time to get to work! Tie on your apron and then follow your friendly chef’s step-by-step guide to making a delicious Roman pasta. Learn the secret technique to kneading the dough, and then use a traditional pasta machine to bring your meal to life!
Depending on the day of your tour, a classic carbonara or amatriciana sauce might be on the menu tonight, though not to worry if you’re a vegetarian— you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious cacio e pepe or another vegetarian alternative, instead!
Sip on a Campari Spritz and Limoncello
After all your hard work in the kitchen, sit back and unwind with a second spritz. However, this time you’re moving on to a Campari Spritz, another classic Italian libation! In comparison to Aperol, a Campari Spritz is a bit more bitter and less sweet— though equally delicious!
After mastering the art of making a Spritz, you still have one last classic Italian beverage to enjoy. Of course, it wouldn’t be a proper Italian meal without a glass of Limoncello, a delightful lemon liqueur that’s perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Buon Appetito!
Finally, join your intimate group of chefs-in-the-making as you sit down to enjoy your culinary masterpiece! Give yourself a pat on the back as you dig into your delicious Roman pasta, which you now know how to make all by yourself. We can only imagine how impressed your friends back home will be when you show off your skills at your next dinner party!

This class was absolutely fantastic. Marzia is clearly a very experienced chef with a great sense of humor. Immediately upon arrival you are warmly welcomed and she breaks down the evening/does a few ice breakers to get to know everyone. The space is cozy but not too small so as not to feel cramped. She teaches you how to make 3 delicious drinks and a choice between making a meat or vegetarian pasta in order to accommodate all participants diets. Her tips and tricks lead everyone to create a delicious meal and she is taking photos and telling jokes all throughout. At the end of the night, she will add you to a whatsapp group and post all the photos/recipes to take with you and maybe continue to connect with other class mates. Overall, the whole evening felt very organic and smooth. Would 100% do it again for anything else she offered!
A delightful evening of pasta and drinks

Benjamin and Gustavo hosted an absolutely fantastic cooking class that was equal parts fun, educational, and delicious! We learned to make fresh tagliatelle pasta from scratch, with the choice of two classic sauces: Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe. Both were simple yet packed with flavor, and the step-by-step guidance made it easy to follow along. The cocktail-making was just as exciting! We made three different drinks: Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, and a limoncello-based drink. My favorite was the Campari Spritz—its bold, bitter flavor really shines if you’re a fan of bitters. Benjamin and Gustavo didn’t just stop at the cooking and cocktails—they went above and beyond by taking group photos during the class and sending them to us afterward, along with the recipes and fantastic recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing in various neighborhoods. Everything about this experience was top-notch: the food, the drinks, and the warm, engaging hosts. This class is worth every penny and more. If you’re looking for a fun, unique night out, don’t miss it! Highly recommend.
