On the rare occasion the tour is canceled, we'll inform you as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your tour when possible or provide a full refund.

We run this tour rain or shine, as the tuk tuk have a protective layer against the rain. If the weather is extremely bad and we need to reschedule, we will let you know immediately and work with you on rescheduling the tour.

Due to traffic conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances, your driver guide might decide to substitute one stop of your tour with an equally beautiful alternative.
Is lunch included in the price of the tour?
Tiramisu and coffee are included in this tour, though a full lunch is not. Your guide will be happy to suggest his favorite spots for after the tour.
