Meet your guide at Frascati Railway Station, just 30 minutes from Rome Termini train station, where your journey begins. Now, it’s time to roll up your sleeves for a hands-on pasta-making class with a local chef. Using fresh, high-quality ingredients, you’ll knead, shape, and cut pasta from scratch, just like Italian nonnas have done for generations. Then, choose your sauce: will it be the rich and creamy Carbonara, the bold and spicy Amatriciana, or the perfectly balanced simplicity of Cacio e Pepe?

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs. We can also provide gluten-free pasta, but it is not handmade, and there is a possibility of gluten contamination. The gluten-free pasta will be cooked separately, but we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment.
What happens if it rains?
We run our tours rain or shine. In the rare case of extreme weather, we will inform you of any cancellations or rescheduling.
