Your gastronomic journey begins in corso del Rinascimento, right outside Piazza Navona, at a prestigious cooking school set in a fabulous 17th-century palace. Here, you and your small group of fellow foodies will be greeted with glasses of Prosecco and delicious Italian antipasti. After raising a glass with your classmates, it’s time to tie on your aprons and get to work! Your expert chef will begin the class by teaching you how to make creamy Italian gelato, followed by a lesson in crafting authentic Italian pizza. Your culinary adventure begins at a centrally located cooking school in Rome, in corso del Rinascimento! However, there's a twist to this adventure - the class is set in a fabulous 17th-century palace just a few steps from Piazza Navona. Once you arrive, you’ll meet your expert, local chef and intimate group of fellow chefs-in-the-making. Before strapping on your apron, you’ll be greeted with a welcoming glass of Prosecco and classic Italian antipasti to snack on. After all, a true chef knows you can’t cook on an empty stomach!
