Your gastronomic journey begins in corso del Rinascimento, right outside Piazza Navona, at a prestigious cooking school set in a fabulous 17th-century palace. Here, you and your small group of fellow foodies will be greeted with glasses of Prosecco and delicious Italian antipasti. After raising a glass with your classmates, it’s time to tie on your aprons and get to work! Your expert chef will begin the class by teaching you how to make creamy Italian gelato, followed by a lesson in crafting authentic Italian pizza. To truly make the creations your own, you’ll choose your favorite gelato flavors and pizza toppings using fresh, in season ingredients.

Once your decadent meal is ready, grab a seat and enjoy a wonderful homemade meal in a frescoed dining room inside the palace! Along with your mouthwatering pizza and gelato, your dinner will be accompanied by a variety of wines, beers, and soft drinks.

Prosecco and Antipasti

Your culinary adventure begins at a centrally located cooking school in Rome, in corso del Rinascimento! However, there's a twist to this adventure - the class is set in a fabulous 17th-century palace just a few steps from Piazza Navona. Once you arrive, you’ll meet your expert, local chef and intimate group of fellow chefs-in-the-making. Before strapping on your apron, you’ll be greeted with a welcoming glass of Prosecco and classic Italian antipasti to snack on. After all, a true chef knows you can’t cook on an empty stomach!

Make Authentic Gelato

Now it’s time to dive into your first lesson of the day, where your enthusiastic chef will teach you how to make authentic, Italian gelato! Learn how to mix the key ingredients to make your gelato perfectly creamy and get an inside look at the traditional techniques used to make this classic Italian dessert. Finally, personalize your creation by choosing your favorite flavors— whether that’s coffee, Nutella, vanilla, or whatever is most in season!

Become a Real Pizzaiolo

Italians are experts in making delicious pizza, and now you will be too! Follow your knowledgeable chef’s instructions as you learn how to mix, knead and roll the perfect Italian pizza. Finish off your masterpiece by selecting your favorite pizza toppings. Choose from fresh ingredients like salami, flavorful mushrooms, or even figs and prosciutto. All the ingredients in your chef’s kitchen will be based on what’s most in season, so no two cooking classes will ever be exactly the same!

Once your mouthwatering pizza comes out of the oven, it’s time for the absolute best part of the class! Take a seat with your fellow foodies as you dig into your delicious creations.
