Your 2-hour Trastevere cooking experience includes:

The secret to Italian cooking is to use fewer ingredients than you’d think. And that holds true for making pasta. Great pasta is all about the freshness and the techniques, and you’ll be taught by a chef who knows all the tricks.
Mix, knead, stretch, and roll that dough before learning about all the different types of pasta you could cut from it. You’ll try the classic maltagliati, the “unwanted” pieces that work so well in a tasty soup or pasta. Of course, you’re here for fettuccine, so that’s what you’ll focus on.
You’ll feel a thrill when you lift that knife and the fettuccine unfolds into beautiful strands of pasta dough! Remember to snap a pic of your accomplishment!

No Italian meal is complete without the perfect aperitivo, and what better way to begin your culinary journey than by learning to make the iconic Spritz cocktail? Guided by your expert chef, you’ll discover the ideal balance of prosecco, bitter liqueur, and soda water, and learn tips for garnishing your Spritz like a true Roman. It’s the perfect way to toast your upcoming pasta-making adventure!
