Raffa was immensely knowledgeable as you would expect from a tour guide but her personality helped make this particular tour especially fun. While conveying the history to us, she also playfully quizzed the group to keep us engaged throughout the tour. We had ear pieces so even in crowded areas we could hear her perfectly, and getting to see the sistine chapel before the public got there was truly magical. She prepped us with what to look for (no talking allowed in the chapel) and it really added to the experience. This tour group only has 5 star reviews so don't take my word for it. Do yourself a favor and book a tour with them and ask for Raffa!! ..more
