Your culinary adventure begins at your professional chef’s very own crêperie restaurant conveniently located in the heart of Paris in 47 Rue du Faubourg Montmartre. After meeting your talented chef along with your intimate group of fellow food-lovers, you’ll be led straight to the restaurant’s impressive kitchen. As your friendly chef walks you through all of his crepe-making equipment, you’ll also be treated to a delicious welcome drink of cider or farm fresh apple juice!
Batter Preparation
Now that you’ve enjoyed your welcome drink and become acquainted with the creperie’s kitchen equipment, it’s time to get to work! Tie on your apron, roll up your sleeves, and follow along as your expert guides you through the steps to making authentic French crepes.
Step one is learning how to prepare the perfect batter for your crepe, typically made with fresh eggs, flour, and milk. As your chef guides you through this crucial part of the process, he’ll also share a bit of history on how the crepe came to be such a culinary staple in France, due to their versatility, simplicity, and deep cultural roots, particularly in Brittany, where they originated and spread across the country as both a sweet and savory foundation.

Is lunch included in the price of the tour?
While lunch is not part of this tour, you will make at least two sweet crepes to enjoy, so you won’t leave hungry!
