Gather outside this local cafe at 45 Avenue de la Bourdonnais to meet your host and receive your entry vouchers. You will receive a brief orientation and practical tips before walking toward the base of the monument to begin your ascent. -

Follow your host through the mandatory security checks and up to the second floor via the elevator. Please be prepared for short waits at the security gates as all guests must be screened before entering the tower grounds. -

After reaching the second floor, you will say goodbye to your host, who will direct you to the dedicated elevator for the peak. From here, you are free to explore the summit and the lower levels at your own pace without any time limit. -

On your way down, stop at the first floor to experience the transparent walkway suspended 57 meters above the ground. You can also explore the small museum dedicated to the tower's construction and its significance as a global symbol of the 1889 World's Fair. -

Head to the Port de la Bourdonnais at the foot of the tower to board your Bateaux Parisiens river cruise. Since your boat ticket is flexible, you can choose to board immediately or save this experience for later in the day or even another afternoon during your stay. -

Accessibility: Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible, as the Eiffel Tower is only wheelchair accessible to the second floor. Canes and other mobility devices are not allowed on the summit level.
River Cruise: Your boat tickets are flexible and valid for one month from your travel date. To access the audio guide, connect to the Bateaux Parisiens Wi-Fi or scan the QR codes found on the pier to launch the web app on your smartphone.
Ticket Delivery: Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be sent in advance. You must meet your host at the designated meeting point to receive your physical entry vouchers.
Wait Times: Even with prepaid access, all visitors must pass through security checks which can involve wait times during peak hours. Expect additional lines for the elevators on the ground and second floors.
Cancellation Policy: This product is strictly non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled once the booking is confirmed. If the summit is closed by authorities for more than two hours, a partial refund for the price difference may be issued.
Bag Policy: Large bags, luggage, and glass containers are not permitted inside the Eiffel Tower. Non-folding strollers and sharp objects are also prohibited.

She went out of her way to find a safe place to store them, even reaching out to someone she personally knew nearby to make sure they were securely kept. That level of care and problem-solving was truly above and beyond. The tour itself was exceptionally well prepared. Ruth created special moments for us by recording videos, suggesting fun ideas, and helping us capture content we could later share on social media. She shared a wealth of information and stories, including unique perspectives you don’t always hear, which made the history come alive. Most importantly, Ruth genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. You could tell she truly loves what she does and has a real passion for sharing it with others. That passion made us feel our time and money were well spent while learning about such an iconic landmark as the Eiffel Tower. I cannot recommend Ruth highly enough.
