From this height, you'll see every monument below as you take in the incredible panoramic view of the City of Light. You'll also be allowed to remain at the summit until it closes after your tour ends, and you'll even find a conveniently located champagne bar up there!
Please note that the line to descend the Eiffel summit can take up to half an hour during the busiest nights in the summer.

We had the pleasure of a tour by DJ for a river cruise of the Seine and a trip to the top of the Eiffel Tower at sunset, offered by the Tour Guy on July 15, 2025. DJ was upbeat and incredibly well-informed as she helped guide our group through various stages of this tour. My wife and I had many questions and interests, and DJ managed to spend a lot of time at our corner of the boat engaged with us. Taking our big group through the happy crowds ascending the Eiffel Tower , DJ managed to make it entertaining and fun, and everyone reached the top! We really appreciated DJ and would recommend anything she leads. She would make it a good time. And if you have extra questions she’ll juggle everything else so you get what you hope for.

Book for easy access to summit

Paris is crowded in the summer. Paris is packed on Bastille Day and the day after. We have used the Tour Guy over the years in many countries including Paris and have never been disappointed. Generally we explore on our own but use Tour Guide for early access or no waiting in line access to major sites that draw huge crowds. The Eiffel Tower fits this definition! Essentially, we booked this tour to have a guide get us to the summit of the tower at night to eliminate us having to figure things out on our own; the boat ride was just a bonus. Navigating this area in Paris can be tricky especially if you don’t speak French and aren’t sure exactly what to do because if you don’t it will most certainly add time to your visit. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, she got us through the crowds and the lines to the summit and our group consisted of about 18 people. She gave us a quick and informative history lesson about the tower which was certainly of value given the crowds and I learn better by being told info rather than wandering and reading signs ESP in crowds of this size. Tickets to the tower, especially the summit; are not “easy” to secure on your own because they are only released a few weeks out from your desired date AND sell out almost instantly when they go live, so booking through the Tour Guy is really the best way to see a top, albeit crowded and chaotic site in the least time consuming way….vacations to Paris can be expensive don’t waste valuable time in lines. Book this if your goal is quick and easy access.
