Guided Eiffel Tower Tour

The tour was excellent! Our guide, Loveth, was entertaining and very knowledgeable. She even made the (small) waits in line interesting! Thank you!

Organization and professionalism
David B., 17 June 2026

Our tour was to start at 9:30 a.m. with arrival at 9:15. After 11:00 p.m. the night before, we received a WhatsApp message insisting that we arrive by 8:40 a.m. and that if we arrived by 9:00 a.m., it would be too late. We changed our plans and skipped breakfast and arrived at 8:40 as requested. At 8:55 we received a call from the tour leader saying that she was "stuck in traffic" and would be there in 30 minutes. It was a miserable start. The tour itself was okay, but she did not have extensive knowledge of the Eiffel Tower. She had no answers to any questions we asked beyond very basic ones. Would not recommend.

Our tour of the Eiffel Tower
Joseph W., 16 June 2026

We originally scheduled this tour for Saturday, May 30th, but was contacted by the tour guy's administrative office advising the police had had informed them that there was a high probability there would be riots there that night. So, we rescheduled the tour to the night of June 1st. The Meet Point was easy to find and the tour started on time. We breezed through the admission gate and security check, boarded an elevator and made stops on the 1st and 2nd floors. We found the tour to be both informative and interesting. The Guide left us at the 2nd floor and we explored the 3rd floor (summit) on our own, with no time limit. Of course we had a glass of pricy champagne. Our initial goal was to watch the sunset from the summit, but decided sticking around for more than an hour just wasn't for us. Instead we descended, crossed the street in the direction of the Trocadéro in time to watch both the sunset and lighting of the Tower, complete with flashing lights. The lights only flash at the top of the hour. The crowd wasn't as large and crushing as it could have been, but catching a taxi was still a pain and costly. We recommend this tour.

Wonderful

We loved this tour! Elizabeth was fantastic and really helped us figure out everything about the Eiffel Tour. We had to reschedule due to the Champions League final and they were very accommodating. We loved how she worked to include our kids as well.
