You can pick up your crepe or waffle at the kiosk “Les Terrasses du Trocadéro”, located on the Esplanade du Trocadéro, 75016 Paris. The kiosk is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00.

How do I redeem my snack ticket?

Simply show the QR code on your cruise ticket at the kiosk. Each QR code is valid for one serving, and tickets can be used anytime during kiosk opening hours.

Is there a guide on board?

Yes! An audio guide in 14 languages (including English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic, Chinese, and more) is available for autonomous use during the cruise.

Are there any rules about luggage, pets, or smoking?

There are no luggage storage facilities at the Eiffel Tower or on the boat, animals are not permitted (except assistance animals), and all boats are non-smoking—though some have outdoor terraces where smoking is allowed.

How long are my Seine River cruise tickets valid?

Your tickets remain valid for one month after your chosen travel date, giving you flexibility to plan your cruise.

Yes! You get one hour of free parking in the car park area when you show your valid cruise ticket.

How many people can the boat hold?

Each boat can host up to 300 passengers in good weather, and 120 passengers in rainy conditions to follow safety rules.

No! The time shown during booking is only a reference. Your ticket is valid anytime between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, giving you flexibility to choose a departure that suits your schedule.
