Customer Reviews
Loved the tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The entire afternoon was wonderful. I was on a mother/daughter vacation in Paris and we definitely had to see the Monet House and Gardens. I would absolutely recommend this trip with The Tour Guy.
Seeing the garden in person gave his paintings a whole new meaning. Now I understand why he painted the same view over and over. It was never the same twice.
I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with a dining room, but Monet’s bright yellow walls and blue china felt straight out of a film. Arthur pointed out small design choices that made it unforgettable.
This was a most enjoyable excursion. Monet's house and gardens were beautiful and the walk through the little town of Giverny to the house was delightful. It was also very interesting to be shown the cemetery, learn its history and visit Monet's grave there. Our tour leader, John-Steve, was excellent, caring and very informative. I will be forever grateful to John-Steve for making it possible for me to meet up with him after his next tour of that day, to collect my drivers license and credit card which he had found on the ground outside the bus where I'd inadvertently dropped them at the end of my tour. Plaudits to John-Steve and the tour company for their kindness and honesty.
