Accessibility: Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible, as the Eiffel Tower is only wheelchair accessible to the 2nd Floor. Canes and other mobility devices are not allowed on the summit level.
Tour Changes: The Eiffel Tower summit can occasionally close due to crowd control or weather. Your guide will inform you of next steps if this were to occur.
Please Note: Everyone on the tour will need a ticket (including children under 4). Be sure to include them in your booking. This tour is not guided, but instead comes with a host. The tickets for this tour are purchased on site and do not include pre-reserved entry. There may be a wait before entering the tower.

Due to the nature of this tour, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour.
