Good to know:

Accessibility: Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible as the Eiffel Tower is only wheelchair accessible to the 2nd Floor. Canes and other mobility devices are not allowed on the summit level.
Tour Changes: The Eiffel Tower summit can occasionally close due to crowd control or weather. Your guide will inform you of next steps if this were to occur.
Bag Policy: Large bags, luggage, and glass containers are not permitted inside the Eiffel Tower.
Weather Advisory: The Seine River cruise may be affected by weather or high water; alternative arrangements will be made if necessary.
Please Note: The Seine River cruise is not guided and usually occurs in advance of the Eiffel Tower. There can often be lines to descend down from the second floor during the summer.
Alcohol Consumption: A complimentary glass of champagne is included. Participants must be 18 or older to consume alcohol; soft drink alternatives are available.
Check-in: Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in at the meeting point so the group can enter sites on time.

I only have one negative comment. We waited for the tour guy sign and person and they never showed up. Luckily our guide Ruth approached us and took care of everything. Ruth was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and kind. We were there in plenty of time at the meeting point And we got a little nervous because we did not see the person we were supposed to be meeting. So again, we were very fortunate to have Ruth. She was a wonderful guide. Thank you.

What to bring?

Yes, there is an assortment of soft drinks available for kids instead of champagne, and there is no age limit for the boat or ascending the Eiffel Tower.

Can I remain at the Eiffel Tower after the tour?

Yes, after the tour, feel free to remain as long as you'd like taking in the amazing views. Please note that during the busy season, the lines to descend the summit by elevator can take up to half an hour. The stairs down from the second floor will already be closed too.

We understand it can be a little fearful for anyone concerned about heights. Fortunately, there are heavy-duty fences around each level to keep people secure. In addition, you can step inside the enclosed inner areas of the Eiffel Tower if you need to take a break from being on the outer floor.
