Highlight of Florence
Carlo R., 22 September 2026

What a fantastic experience! My family and I learned so much and we can't wait to try to make the pastas back at home. The food and wine were out of this world - the best we've had on our whole Italy trip! Big thank you to Chef Marco and our host Dean for such a memorable and enjoyable experience. My highest recommendations.

The Cooking Class was great and so many wine options. We were stuffed and couldn't finish what we made. We would highly recommend this fun activity.

Informative and delicious
Daniel C., 14 September 2026

We looked forward to this tour and it didn't disappoint. The restaurant is beautiful with frescos on the walls. Went into the basement where Marco taught us how to make homemade tortellini, fettucine and gnocchi. The basement had a medieval feel and was a fantastic setting to prepare our meal. Marco was great, teaching us the proper way to create our dishes with a sense of humor. After making our pans of pasta, we returned to the main floor to relax and enjoy our meal with a few glasses of wine. Good food and good company made for an excellent afternoon!
