Sail the Saronic Gulf with Swimming and Snorkeling

Sailing at a relaxed pace, you can take in the incredible Mediterranean scenery as you cruise to the islands, and throughout the day your skipper will stop at some of the best spots for swimming and snorkeling. Snorkeling gear is available on the boat at no extra charge.

Not a swimmer? Then just sit back and relax, and make the most of those unlimited refreshments!

Authentic Local Brunch and Lunch on Board

Many tours to the Greek islands aren't much more than glorified ferry services. While you're on this full day experience, you'll enjoy top service on our luxurious wooden sailboat with unlimited beer, wine, soft drinks, and two meals served on board.

You'll be served high quality meals prepared with local ingredients by expert chefs on board. Not long after boarding, a full brunch will be offered to savor while sailing to the Saronic Islands.

Later on the journey, the chefs will prepare a delicious lunch to fill you up after a morning of swimming and snorkeling.

Agistri Island

The Saronic Island of Agistri is a magnificent getaway from Athens. In Agistri, you'll enjoy free time to explore the boutique lined streets of Megalochori and taste local delicacies.

Next, head to the island's stunning beaches for a little Greek relaxation. Dragonera, Skala, Aponisos and Chalikiada are among the immaculate beaches to enjoy while on beautiful Agistri.

Aponisos Beaches, Swimming and Snorkeling

On the far side of Agistri Island, you'll find the secluded beaches of Aponisos. Home to crystal clear waters and pristine sand beaches without the big crowds, sit back and enjoy the serenity of the marina. You skipper will make a stop here so you can enjoy a tranquil slice of island life.

Your trip leader will tell you some of the best spots to swim and snorkel off Aponisos. With complimentary snorkeling equipment, explore the underwater sea life below.

Aegina Island and the Ancient Temple of Aphaia

While in Greece, it is impossible to escape the country's vast history. Experience the 2,500 year old ancient Temple of Aphaia which is older than Athens' Parthenon. Dedicated to the island's patron goddess, see the similarities and differences between the classical ruins you find on the mainland.

That's not all you can see on Aegina though, with pretty seaside towns and villages dotted between stunning Mediterranean beaches. You'll have some free time to explore the island before beginning your journey back to Athens.

Return to Athens for the Evening

The sailboat will return to Marina Zeas in the early evening, so enjoy a drink as you sail into the harbor, ready to enjoy the delights of Athens by night!
