Accessibility: Unfortunately, this attraction is not wheelchair accessible. The historic building has around 50 steps and no elevator, so it is not suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
Photography: For safety and copyright reasons, photos and video are not permitted during the show. You are welcome to take pictures in the entrance area and at the marked Vienna Painting photo point.
Motion and effects: Some scenes use motion seats along with intense light and sound. Static seating is available on request, which may suit pregnant guests or those with heart conditions.
Bag Policy: Lockers and a cloakroom are available on site. Small bags can be brought along, but larger luggage is not allowed inside.
