The Charmat method involves a secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks, allowing the wine to capture its signature effervescence, floral aromas, and fruity notes, resulting in the delightful sparkle that Prosecco is known for.
You’ll also have the opportunity to tour the cellar, steel vats, and vineyard before delving into the second wine-tasting session.
Feeling giddy from the delicious Prosecco and rejuvenated from the serene landscapes, it's time to make the leisurely journey back to Venice. You can expect to arrive around 4:00pm, allowing plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your evening in Venice.

This was a terrific day with a lovely guide (Sebastian) who was very knowledgeable about the region and Prosecco. The weather was perfect and getting away from the city to see the beautiful hills around Venice was a special treat. I am a new convert to Prosecco after this lovely day.
