1
Your tour begins on Fondamenta de le Eremite
Arrive at the restaurant entrance in Dorsoduro and meet your English-speaking instructor for the day. The group gets set up at individual workstations with a full set of fresh ingredients and aprons on. -
2
Get acquainted with your ingredients and kitchen
Before cooking begins, your instructor walks you through every ingredient at your station: fresh eggs, double-zero flour, mascarpone, and more. Understanding why each element matters sets the foundation for both recipes. -
3
Roll up your sleeves and make fresh pasta
Tackle the pasta dough hands-on while your instructor explains each step and technique. You'll prepare two classic Venetian dishes: silky fettuccine and ricotta-spinach ravioli tossed in butter and sage. -
4
Craft the perfect tiramisu from scratch
Next, shift focus to Venice's most beloved dessert, first made in the Veneto region. Your instructor guides you through each layer, from espresso-soaked ladyfingers to the whipped mascarpone cream on top. -
5
Feast on every dish you made
Pull up a chair and enjoy every dish you've made, served at the table with free-flowing fine wine, limoncello, and coffee. Take your time savoring the meal before your instructor answers any final questions. -
6
Your tour ends where you first began
Leave with two authentic recipes in hand, a full stomach, and new techniques to try back home. The nearby streets and canals of Dorsoduro are worth a wander if you have time before your next stop in Venice.

Martha and Barbara were fantastic!
This class was really fun! The two leading the class were super helpful and explained things so well. They even shared various background knowledge of things and answered any questions about the cooking but also about Italy in general. If you have the chance definitely sign up for this!
Best activity we did in Venice, hands down.
