Your adventure begins in Frascati, the heart of Rome’s historic wine country, just a 30-minute direct train ride from the city’s main train station, Roma Termini. Pasta-Making Class

Now, it’s time to roll up your sleeves for a hands-on pasta-making class with a local chef. Using fresh, high-quality ingredients, you’ll knead, shape, and cut pasta from scratch, just like Italian nonnas have done for generations. Lunch or Dinner with Local Wine

After cooking your pasta to perfection, sit down for a well-earned meal, enjoying your handmade dish alongside a selection of wines from the region. Savor the flavors of Frascati in a warm, welcoming setting, sharing a toast with fellow travelers and your hosts.

After your meal, you will be able to descend into the ancient caves beneath the wine cellar, to sip a glass of wine in a unique setting, while you listen to fascinating insights into how Frascati Superiore DOCG and other local wines are produced, making this an essential stop for wine lovers.
