Not especially. The tour moves at a steady pace with regular stops, and the terrain is largely flat. So long as you're comfortable riding a bike and have a reasonable fitness level, you should be fine.
Can I bring a child or ride with a tag-a-long bike?
For safety reasons, all guests must be able to ride a bike on their own. Attachments such as double trailers and tag-a-long bikes are not permitted. If you want to bring your children they must be able to ride their own bike proficiently enough to keep up with the group.
