Customer Reviews
Enjoyed the trip despite rainy weather. The pickup directions could be better though. It said to be in front of the StarHotel Terminus. We stood at the front door, and we were there early. Everyone else was apparently picked up across the square by the street. The instructions did not say that. Lastly, our reservation said a maximum of 8 people for Semi-private. There were at least 15 on the bus.
The guide on the tour bus was only talking to the front of the bus initially and when he use the microphone, it was poor quality sound making it very difficult for the middle and back of the bus to hear his instructions. In addition, the tour started late because the tour guide office did not notify us That the guy in the group was running behind. Also, there was an extra person on our bus and he had to be transferred to another bus which further delayed the start of the tour. I felt the guy was lazy and he offered to take us directly back to our hotels When the tour was over and then recanted this.
