Weather Advisory: The hike up Mount Vesuvius is strictly subject to favorable weather conditions. If poor weather prohibits access to Mount Vesuvius, you will be offered skip-the-line tickets to Herculaneum instead.
Accessibility: This tour is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with significant mobility issues, as it involves walking over uneven ruins and a 30-minute semi-strenuous hike up a volcano.
Please Note: Your local guide will not hike Mount Vesuvius with you; you will be accompanied by an official alpine guide for the trek to the crater's edge.
Check-in: Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in at the meeting point so the group can enter sites on time.

While sudden closures are unlikely, there are sometimes road closures or public events that may alter the itinerary. If something like this happens, we will let you know immediately and work on an alternative.
