Cancelled Tour with NO notification

Showed up per instructions at 0830 for an 0845 tour. No guide present. Called the number for the local company - nothing but voicemail. Called Tour Guys - they said they would call me back...and did at 1000. Informed me my tour had been cancelled and blamed the local company. The most valuable think I have on vacation is time. Tour Guys wasted my time by booking me with a company that cancelled without notification. All I was offered was a rebook after my planned departure date or a refund of my money. What about my time? I will not use your company again if this is the way I am treated.

Where to meet?

You will meet your friendly guide in front of the Louis Vuitton store inside Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, near the Duomo. This tour will end back where it started near the Duomo Cathedral.

What to bring?

Please bring a valid passport or ID document matching the name provided at the time of the booking. We also recommend wearing comfortable shoes and an umbrella in case of rain. Dress modestly for the Duomo visit (shoulders and knees covered).

Is there a dress code to enter the religious sites on this tour?

We ask both men and women to cover knees and shoulders, otherwise security might refuse entry to Duomo, and you’ll miss out on a portion of your tour. We understand the summers in Milan can be hot, so a great alternative is to bring a shawl/scarf/sweater with you. That way you can cover your knees and shoulders when necessary. Please avoid wearing sports club T-shirts.
