Your tour begins in Piazza Mentana
Meet your guide and group in Piazza Mentana in central Florence. While helmets are handed out and details are checked, get a quick rundown of the route, timing, and what your day on the Vespa will look like. -
2
Practice on the private Vespa training track
Head to a private training area to get comfortable on your vintage Vespa. With tips from a professional instructor, practice simple starts, stops, and turns until riding feels natural and safe before you head out on the open road. -
3
Ride out of Florence into Chianti hills
Follow your guide out of Florence as the city streets give way to rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves. Ride in a neat line of Vespas along quieter country roads, getting your first real taste of the Tuscan countryside just beyond the city. -
4
Countryside Vespa ride through Tuscan villages
Settle into the ride as you pass stone farmhouses, cypress trees, and small hilltop villages. There are relaxed stops for photos and quick stories about local life, wine traditions, and how this landscape helped make Tuscany one of Italy’s most loved regions. -
5
Visit a Chianti winery and taste local wines
Park your Vespa at a working Chianti winery surrounded by vineyards. An expert host walks you through the property and pours a tasting of local reds, explaining how the grapes, soil, and aging process give this corner of Tuscany its signature flavors. -
6
Traditional Tuscan lunch with regional specialties
After the tasting, sit down for a laid-back Tuscan lunch featuring fresh local ingredients, regional dishes, and more local wine. It’s a chance to refuel, enjoy the countryside views, and swap stories with your guide and fellow riders before the final stretch back to Florence. -
7
Your tour finishes back in Piazza Mentana
When lunch wraps up, ride back toward Florence along scenic country roads and return your Vespas where you started. Back in Piazza Mentana, your guide can share suggestions for where to eat, drink, or explore next in the city.
