Tour Itinerary

  • 1

Your tour begins in Central Florence

Meet your English-speaking guide at one of two convenient meeting points in the Oltrarno neighborhood, then board your private electric golf cart. The route ahead winds into Florence's scenic hills, away from the tourist crowds.
  • 2

    Glide up to Piazzale Michelangelo

Rise above the rooftops to Florence's most iconic viewpoint, where the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, and the Arno River stretch out in one sweeping panorama. Your guide traces the landmarks spread across the valley floor below.
  • 3

    Admire San Miniato al Monte

Pull up outside this 11th-century Romanesque basilica, one of Florence's oldest and most striking churches. Its striped green-and-white marble façade and hilltop setting offer some of the finest city views in Tuscany.
  • 4

    Wind through the Arcetri Hills

Your cart climbs into the quiet residential hills of Arcetri, where Galileo once lived and narrow roads wind between olive groves and terracotta villas. The slower pace lets you take in the peaceful Florentine countryside.
  • 5

Discover the hilltop hamlet of Monteripaldi

The cart arrives at the quiet hamlet of Monteripaldi, tucked into the Florentine hills above the city. Pause here for sweeping panoramas of Florence's rooftops, domes, and bell towers as the skyline spreads below.
  • 6

Pass by Villa Medicea di Poggio Imperiale

Cruise past the grand Villa Medicea di Poggio Imperiale, a 13th-century Medici estate that once housed queens and empresses. Your guide traces the estate's role in shaping Florentine aristocratic life for centuries.
  • 7

Your tour ends back in Central Florence

Your cart winds back down to your original meeting point as your 1.5-hour journey draws to a close. Ask your guide for restaurant tips in the Oltrarno before heading off to explore the neighborhood on your own.

Giulio is the best
Munira S., 22 September 2025

Not sure if I spelled the name correctly but our golf cart tour guide in Florence on 9/1/25 was the best. Knowledgeable, passionate and accommodating. Highly recommend him. Can’t express enough our gratitude.

Absolutely Wonderful- hosted by Ricardo
Diana B., 12 July 2025

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour with Ricardo. It was our second day in Florence and we wanted to get an idea of the area and places to focus on. He showed us all around town, stopping at key places for quick photo ops. The finale was a visit to the top of the hill to see the breathtaking view of the entire city. We loved the tour and would highly recommend. We left a generous tip and hope others do as well. Well deserved experience for us.

Great way to see the city on compressed timeline!
Jennifer R., 11 June 2025

Ricardo was great. He was a wealth of info and did a great job answering our follow-up questions. Unfortunately our family of five was split into two golf carts, which was a disappointment. If you want to be together, be sure to follow up and ask if it will be possible well ahead of your reservation so you can change your plans.
