As you marvel at the world’s most famous statue, your knowledgeable guide will explain the origin story of Michelangelo’s breathtaking masterpiece.

There was some confusion with time of tour. We arrived at most recent time. Waiting for our guide to arrive, was chaotic. Lots of people, no signage, no one to direct people. When guides finally arrived they seemed disorganized. Finally met the guide, Mary. She was excellent.. She helped us get through the door and and inspection. It was approximately 10:20 before tour finally started, nearly an hour after scheduled rime. I suggest more information prior tour. Better signage and perhaps a uniform so that we can find guide. As I stated Mary was excellent —very informative.

I didn’t get to attend this tour because the group left right at 12 PM with no grace period and they passed me on the street as I arrived at the meeting point. I felt that a five minute grace period should be given to allow tourist, especially first-timers to Italy to find the meeting point location.
