Continue to Moltrasio, a picturesque village known for its limestone buildings, and enjoy panoramic views of the lake from above. After descending through the village, you’ll return to Cernobbio by the lake and take a scenic climb through secluded roads to reach the border with Switzerland, where you’ll marvel at the panoramic views of Merlot vineyards. Your Como e-biking tour will begin in the morning at the designated meeting point on Viale Fratelli Rosselli, just a short stroll from the Piazza Manzoni church square. Upon arrival, your tour leader will greet you and provide an introduction to the day’s adventure. You’ll be fitted with an e-bike tailored to your size for maximum comfort. Before setting off, you’ll have time to get familiar with the bike, meet your guide, and connect with your fellow adventurers. As you gather, your guide will explain the day’s itinerary and share helpful e-biking tips.
After a brief orientation to ensure you're comfortable with the bike, your adventure will begin. From there, your guide will lead you on a scenic ride toward the lakeside, following the cycling path that leads you through some of Como’s picturesque areas.

As you begin your ride, you’ll experience the charm of Como’s lakeside villages and breathtaking natural beauty. Your first stop will be Cernobbio, a picturesque village that sits along the shores of Lake Como. In the main square, you’ll pause to take in stunning views of the lake, Villa d’Este, and the surrounding mountains. This spot offers an ideal opportunity for photos as you admire the serene atmosphere.
After enjoying the view, you’ll continue your journey through the heart of Cernobbio, cycling along its peaceful streets. As you leave the village, you’ll make your way to Moltrasio, a quaint town known for its traditional stone buildings and tranquil charm. In Moltrasio, you'll visit the beautiful Cam Waterfall, a hidden gem nestled in nature. Here, you’ll have the chance to relax by the natural pool and take in the surrounding beauty, offering a peaceful moment to reflect and appreciate the stunning landscape.
Enjoy nature and cross into Switzerland
After riding through the charming village of Moltrasio, you’ll pass by Cernobbio's botanical garden, a peaceful spot filled with lush greenery and beautiful flowers. Soon, you’ll begin your climb up Santo Stefano Hill, where you’ll be treated to panoramic views of the lake below and the charming villages dotting its shoreline.
Once you reach the top, you’ll cross the border into Switzerland, where the landscape transforms into rolling vineyards and lush countryside. As you ride through the Swiss Merlot vineyards, your guide will share fascinating insights into the region's wine culture and history, giving you a unique perspective on the area's winemaking traditions. The Merlot vineyards here are renowned for their quality, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the techniques used to cultivate the vines and produce the celebrated local wines. After soaking in the views and stories, you'll descend into the valley and head back towards Italy, completing this unforgettable ride through both countries.
Relax and take in the views
On your way back, you’ll ride past Villa Bernasconi, a lovely villa in Cernobbio, before continuing along the lakeside. A final stop near Villa Olmo, a neoclassical villa known for its stunning architecture and beautiful gardens, will provide an opportunity to hear about Baradello Castle, a medieval fortress offering panoramic views of Como and its surroundings. Your guide will also share tips for the rest of your day in Como.
