Gear Up for Adventure!

Your journey begins near the Rifugio Sapienza at the foot of Mount Etna, where an expert guide will get you set up with your very own quad. Before the adventure begins, your guide will take you through a brief safety presentation to ensure a seamless experience. Please bring a valid driver's license to complete your document verification at check-in, all participants must be 18+. All the necessary safety gear, including helmets will be provided. Finally, you'll receive a comprehensive briefing of the tour itinerary, including the latest updates on volcanic activity from the INGV in Catania, making sure you're fully prepared for the unforgettable ride ahead. Departure times vary by season, allowing guests to see the landscape in the best lighting possible.

Please keep in mind, Etna is an active Volcano, so routes may be changed based on smoke or eruption. Guides will always choose the safest route available. 

Lava Fields & Craters

This is where the real action begins. Leave the other tourists in the dust as you navigate ancient lava fields and race through volcanic ravines. Your guide will take you right up to the base of explosive craters, when safe, where you can get an up-close-and-personal look at Etna's raw power. The Ride of Your Life

After your subterranean exploration, you’ll hop back on your quad for a thrilling final stretch. You will briefly stop to visit some typical buildings of the area, similar to Sardinian nuraghi or Apulian trulli. Then zoom through lush gorse and pine forests with your guide, where you'll get a final look at the majestic volcano before heading back to base. As you roll back into camp, covered in dust and full of stories, you'll have earned your place among Etna's true adventurers.
