Very poor
Unverified Review, 27 September 2025

We booked a tour of Sagrada Familia through The Tour Guy and were placed with Amigo Tours. We were very unhappy with the tour. Check-in was done at a retail souvenir shop that was not part of the tour company. We were told to wait on the sidewalk with several other large groups. This blocked the sidewalk and caused much disruption for the local residents which is an example of why they are frustrated with tourism in this city. The tour guide was stressed, rude to another guide, and rushed through the tour information with no real feeling. They cancelled the Tower portion of our tour 2 days prior due to "logistical reasons". This company has 2.1 stars on Google. In retrospect, I should have researched the assigned company, but I trusted The Tour Guy to have vetted the suppliers. I won't make that mistake again.

The attention to detail on Sagrada Familia was amazing and to go up the towers. Plus you get aerial views of a spectacular skyline. Highly recommend this!

Towering Masterpiece

I was hypnotised by the level of internal detailing of Sagrada Familia. From the top of the towers you got a fantastic view of Barcelona’s skyline. Just outstanding and every step worth every step!
