To experience the magical city of Barcelona by land, air, and sea, make your way to Carrer de Montserrat, 8, near La Barceloneta to meet your local guide. Once everyone has arrived, you and your small group of fellow travelers will be given your electric bikes and optional free helmets for the day.
Your tour begins with a thrilling e-bike ride through some of Barcelona’s most notable neighborhoods. Cruise from La Barceloneta to the stunning Gothic Quarter, followed by the Raval area, and finally Poble Sec.
From here, take the funicular up to the top of Montjuïc for astounding views of the city. From the top of the hill, marvel at the opulent Montjuïc Castle before making your way to the waterfront.
Next, experience the city from the water as you’re treated to a serene catamaran ride along the Mediterranean Sea.

Your unforgettable adventure through Barcelona begins in La Barceloneta, where you’ll meet your friendly guide and small group of fellow cyclists! Your guide will set you up with a fun electric bike for the day, along with an optional helmet if you choose to wear one. Once everyone in your group is ready, it’s time to hop on your bike and hit the road!
Hop on Your E-Bike!
Your exciting journey begins as you cruise from La Barceloneta to Barcelona’s stunning Gothic Quarter. Once you reach Las Ramblas, follow your guide through the vibrant neighborhood of Raval as your knowledgeable guide explains the fascinating history of the old city.
Soon enough, you’ll come to Paralel Avenue, where you’ll admire El Molino, an old theater which dates back to 1898. Today, the historic theater serves as a popular spot to watch impressive burlesque performances.
Take in the Views from a Funicular
After one hour of exploring the city by bike, you’ll arrive to the charming neighborhood of Poble Sec. From here, your guide will take you to Barcelona’s famous funicular! The thrilling cable car ride offers unparalleled views of the city while transporting you to the top of Montjuïc. Have your cameras ready as you enjoy the scenic ride up to the top!
Admire Montjuïc Castle
Once you reach the top of the hill, you’ll find the breathtaking Montjuïc Castle. Originally opened in 1799 as a military fortress, this stunning building is currently a Barcelona municipal facility.
As your expert guide details the rich history and significance of this fortress, admire its striking architecture. Before heading back down, be sure to take in the spectacular views of Barcelona’s captivating cityscape.
Enjoy a Scenic Catamaran Ride
Now that you’ve seen Barcelona by land and by air, it’s time to admire the magnificent city from the water! Follow your guide on to a beautiful catamaran for a 45-minute sailing trip. Feel the fresh sea breeze against your face as you cruise along the Mediterranean, marveling at Barcelona’s stunning sights from a brand new perspective.
Zip Through the City
Now that you’re back on dry land, it’s time to hop back on your electric bike for the final portion of your tour. Follow your local guide to some of the city’s most iconic sights, including the Arc de Triomf, Ciutadella Park, and Antoni Gaudí’s awe-inspiring Sagrada Familia. To close off your tour, you’ll pedal along the vibrant Passeo de Gracia as you follow your guide back to your original meeting point to drop off your bike.

What if I have concerns about my mobility on this tour?
Unfortunately, because this is primarily an E-bike tour that requires participants to feel comfortable riding on uneven terrain, it is not suitable for customers with mobility concerns. Please note that the maximum weight allowed per e-bike is 130kg (286 pounds). In case of exceeding it, you won’t be allowed to join the activity
What happens if it rains?
We run our tours rain or shine. If rainfall is extremely heavy, the tour may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling for safety reasons
Is there any chance my tour might be canceled?
On the rare occasion the tour is canceled, we'll inform you as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your tour when possible or provide a full refund
Is there a dress code to enter the religious sites on this tour?
There is no dress code for this tour, though we do recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes!
How comprehensive is this tour?
In the spirit of seeing as much of Barcelona in one day as possible, each area of this tour is abbreviated. You'll still get to experience all the most important elements of these impressive attractions and neighborhoods though.
