We had this planned but the weather was supposed to get stormy. When we weren't notified it was cancelled we went as scheduled to the meeting point. No one was there. We had to call, ended up waking them and they told us it was cancelled due to weather. We called tour guy and they didn't know it was cancelled either. We had to travel a long way to get there and paid for tram tickets both directions. Very disappointed in the customer service. They told they would contact the operator and get to us. Six hours later I had to call back. A day later still not sure about a refund. I hesitate to book a third party tour through them in the future.
