Comprehensive tour of Prague
The tour guide, Miche, did a very comprehensive tour of Prague - it's history, leaders through the ages, and its transition from Nazi, to Communist, and to the EU today. The huge historic churches, with their massive architecture, some of which took 580 yrs to complete, plus the Charles Bridge, completed in 1357, were fascinating.

Best of all the tours I have taken with various venues. Michal had such good humor whose extensive knowledge and love for his subject showed throughout his enthusiastic comments. He even left us with a fabulous hand-out of his tour, which is practically never done. (I disagree with the one reviewer who said the Jewish Old Town segment was too long; having visited there and toured just about every synagogue and through the cemetery, etc., I found Michal hit exactly the correct notes and led us through the most poignant landmarks therein. After all, regardless of our religions, the Holocaust and its reverberations reign significantly through everyone's historical perspectives. Oh, and to that same reviewer: if you ever return to Prague, Yes, visit the Strahov, which was a true highlight of our visit there! But, this particular tour, led by Michael's awesome guiding skills, was spectacular!

Very good tour, excellent guide. However, not being Jewish, the part about the Jewish Old Town was too long and lost my interest. I would have rather seen the Library at the Strahov Monastery which was partially closed when I visited Prague.
