Dress Code: Flat, comfortable shoes are strongly recommended due to extensive walking, parquet floors inside the palace, and cobblestone paths in the gardens.
Giverny App Requirement: The self-guiding app for Giverny must be downloaded on your smartphone prior to the tour. Credentials and download instructions will be provided on your voucher upon booking.
Accessibility: This tour involves extensive walking on uneven terrain, including cobblestone paths at Versailles and Giverny. It is not suitable for clients with walking difficulties or mobility issues. Strollers are generally forbidden inside the Versailles Palace. Unfortunately this tour is not wheelchair accessible.
Bag Policy: Large bags, backpacks, and bulky items are not allowed inside the Palace of Versailles.
Please Note: If your visit coincides with the appropriate season, you may experience the Musical Garden Show or Fountain Show at Versailles. The visit to Monet's house and gardens in Giverny is a self-guided experience using a downloaded app.

We had a great time on the Giverny/Versailles tour! Even though it seemed like a lot for one day, we had plenty of time at both locations and did not feel at all rushed. The operation was well organized and being able to enter as a group seemed to save us quite a bit of time in line. The tour guides were both very knowledgeable - I learned a lot despite having been to Versailles before.
